We service Amherst , Atkinson, Auburn, Bedford , Bow, Brookline, Chester, Concord , Derry, Dunbarton, Francestown, Goffstown, Greenfield, Greenville, Hampstead, Hollis, Hooksett, Hudson, Litchfield, Londonderry, Lyndeborough, Manchester, Mason, Merrimack, Milford, Mont Vernon, Nashua, New Boston, New Ipswich, Pelham, Peterborough, Salem, Sandown, Temple, Weare, Wilton, Windham
If you are in our service area but more than a 10 minute drive from a pet sitters, all travel time will be included in your visits.
If you live outside our service areas or are more than 10 minutes from a petsitter’s home in our service area, Visit times may be extended and paid for to include added travel time (mileage fees may apply).

OFFICE CALL BACKS for Pet Sitting or messages left – note that these office hours and other things may change as we open our facility
All phone calls and confirmations are done Monday thru Thursday, 9am – 12pm.
We do not routinely return phone calls or make any confirmation on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
If you need service on any Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday (if Monday is a holiday, extend to Tuesday), you must call no later than the previous Thursday before 9am to receive confirmation before 12PM that Thursday, if you call after 9am on Thursday and do NOT receive confirmation before 12pm Thursday you may NOT receive service the following Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (if Monday is a holiday then extend to Tuesday).
To avoid any problems please avoid last minute reservations and call for service with advance notice. There is an added surcharge on all confirmations done when our office is closed .
We will make all calls and confirmations as soon as possible Monday through Thursday 9am – 12pm. We make only local calls and will try to leave messages whenever possible. When person to person calls are necessary and locals calls are not available then we will make long distance phone calls but ALL long distance phones calls will need to be reimbursed by you, the owner. All calls received are recorded and logged. Calls are returned in the order they are received.
Most calls are returned promptly, but please allow 24-48 hours, unless left late on a Thursday, Friday, Sat., Sun., or Holiday then calls will be returned the next two business days our office is open. If we are extremely busy or have emergencies, call backs may be delayed. To be sure we got your message, don’t hesitate to call again.
Our office is closed every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all holidays. Our office will also be closed for one-two weeks every now and then, call office for dates.
If you must know how your pet is doing, please call or email our office. We will be happy to return your call or email. Each of your calls or emails are returned once.
All calls and emails are returned during our normal call back hours of Monday through Thursday, from 9am to 12pm, unless any of those days are holidays, then no communication will happen.
If you absolutely must know outside of those times, then you will be charged a fee to do so and you must acknowledge this fee in your communication. All phone calls will be to a phone number that is local, no long distance calls.
PLEASE EMAIL OUR OFFICE WHEN YOU COME HOME FROM TRIP
When you return home, please send an email to our office, so we know you have arrived home safely.
Unfortunately, many clients do NOT email us when they return home and because we are so busy, we are unable to call all clients to make sure they are home. Services are automatically terminated at the end of all reservations and it is the Client’s responsibility to update and confirm any and all changes in reservations for any reason.
